You hereby affirm that I have voluntarily given personal MOBILE NUMBER (“Data”) as required by the PAUSCREEN (the “application/system”) and hereby give my consent to the use (which includes but not limited to passcode retrieval) of such data for purposes of this application/system by the Company, its officers and representatives.

CONSENT AND WAIVER

You will not hold the Company, its officers and representatives liable for the use of any data you provided outside the purpose for which it was given. You also hereby waive your right to sue and/or file a claim against the Company, its officers and representative in accordance with this paragraph.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE PAUSCREEN APPLICATION AND INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THEREFORE THE ENTIRE RISK, IN PARTICULAR AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY AND EFFORT, REMAINS SOLELY WITH YOU. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PAUSCREEN AND INTEGRATED THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE PRESENT TERMS.
